Ypsilanti Township Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to publicly available records routes and historical collections. It does not host government files and is not connected with a government office, court, or record custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or material found through it to:
- Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm a person.
- Find an individual protected by an order or confidentiality program.
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or impersonation.
- Make a credit, employment, housing, insurance, tenant, or other FCRA-regulated decision.

3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
The service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Nothing on the site or returned by a linked search tool is a consumer report, and it may not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Outside Websites
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search providers, set their own terms and policies. The directory does not control their content, prices, data handling, uptime, or results.
5. No Warranties
The site is provided as available and without warranties. A source may be incomplete, unavailable, outdated, or wrong, and a linked portal may change without notice. Confirm important facts with the custodian.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from use of the site or a linked source.
7. Indemnification
